    Shipping Information     

Our standard shipping is             UPS GROUND and all products are shipped CONTINENTAL USA only. They usually deliver within 7 days from ship date. The closer to Christmas the longer time it takes.

All notecards & mounted prints are shipped by Priority Mail.

My Canvas prints are shipped with a frame and are special shipped by a shipping company so rates depend upon them.

Shipping charges will be applied to all products. All shipping charges are on the order forms, except the framed canvas prints which charges are applied at the time of packaging.

All orders are shipped anywhere in the continental United States, other shipping arrangements can be made.  Our standard shipping is done by the US Post Office, and our shipping prices apply only to packages shipped in the continental United States. We also reserve the right to ship by what we feel, is the best method at the time.

If you wish to ship using a method other than our standard, there will be an extra charge. If you are interested in shipping to anywhere other than the continental U.S. please call for prices. If you wish to pay extra for faster shipping, or to anywhere other than the continental United States, that can be arranged by calling. We accept cash, check, or MasterCard & Visa. All prices are based on U.S. currency. All orders are pre-paid only.

All prints are shipped mounted. The stretched canvas is shipped with a frame.

Please allow up to 2 weeks so that you get the order on time for your needs.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses on the order form.  All return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you wish to return a non-perishable product our policy is, that if returned within 30 days and product is not used or damaged, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, or replace the product if you desire. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When a wreath is shipped from the farm it leaves in the freshest quality as possible.

We begin shipping on Thanksgiving week and continue until approximately the 2nd week of December. If you have a preference on the week that you would like your wreath shipped please indicate the approximate shipping date on the order form, and we will try our best to ship during that week.

All orders are shipped, anywhere in the continental United States only, prices are for ground shipping. There will be a ship fee added to the wreath price. We reserve the right to ship using what we feel is the best method at the time. Usually UPS or US Postal service.

We accept check, or MasterCard & Visa. All orders are pre-paid only.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses on the order form. Addresses are un-deliverable with a p.o. box, there needs to be a street address. There will also be an extra $ 10.00 fee for each incorrect address that you give us. All return shipping is paid by the customer.

Balsam fir products are non-returnable because of timing for Christmas, please just call us if there is some problem.

Please order before December 5th, to insure Christmas delivery. We are a small family farm, and our help is limited, so please understand, we will do our best! If you have any problems please call us, and we will work to solve it.
